I have had this recipe for 4 years now & return to this dish about every month or so. It’s become a go~to for me. This recipe is super easy, ridiculously fast, & delicious. It’s spicy, sweet & even better with a glass of white wine.
Spicy Shrimp Pasta
{Real Simple}
Ingredients:
12 oz angel hair pasta or spaghetti {3/4 of a box}
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 pound peeled & deveined medium shrimp
3/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper*
kosher salt
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
*We like it spicy in this house. I’m usually double/tripling the amount called for.
**I add a glug of EVOO to the pasta if it’s going to sit for a few minutes. You don’t want it to get too sticky/dry.
